Frequently asked questions

If orders are placed before 2pm we will aim to dispatch your order the same day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following business day.

Once your order has been dispatched we will send you an email.

Unfortunately due to being a very small team we can’t offer exchanges yet. This is something we are working towards, but please send your garments back to us for a full refund if you are not satisfied. 

If you are not happy with your purchase, please return the goods to us in the condition they were sold with the original tags attached within 30 days. For more information please visitShipping & Returns.

We aim to get your money back to you as soon as possible, but this can sometimes take up to 10 days.

Unfortunately due to us working with a  3rd party distribution centre you will not be able to change or cancel your order once it has been placed. You will be able to refuse the package at the point of delivery and this will be directed back to us.

We try to give you as much size information as possible on the product pages on how the garment fits and the size the model is wearing. Please visit oursize guidepage.
