Shipping & Returns
We use Royal Mail for all our deliveries within the UK and DPD for International shipping.
We are a small start up company so to begin with we will need to ask you to cover the cost of delivery on your order. The more we grow, we will start to offer this as a free service.
Please be aware that we ship from multiple brands and countries. There will be a note under the description where the item is shipped from, so please ensure you have read this carefully before placing an order.
UK Shipping from a UK Brand
Standard delivery within the UK is 3-5 working days (Mon-Sat).
International Shipping/ Shipping from an International Brand
International shipping takes between 5-14 days dependant on what part of the world you are in. Please note this charge does not include your countries import duties, taxes and any additional charges, so please check these before placing your order. We currently do not ship to Russia.
Tracking your order
You will receive a shipping confirmation when your order has been dispatched, we will endeavour to also ensure this contains a tracking number for you to chase your parcel.

We hope you love your order, but if you change your mind, you can return your purchase within 14 days with the original receipt.
We will only accept returns on orders returned in their original condition that do not show any signs of wear. The labels need to be intact and attached onto the garment.
The refund will be in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase.

Feedback as to the reason of the return is greatly appreciated so we can ensure we are continually improving our garments.
We aim to get your money back to you as soon as possible, but this can sometimes take up to 10 days. If after this time you still have not received your money back, please contact us.
Wrong or faulty items
Sorry to hear that you have received the wrong item or there is a problem with it. Please contact us at email@example.com, we will look into this, and we will aim to get back to you within 24-48 hours.
Unfortunately, due to being a very small team we can’t offer exchanges yet. This is something we are working towards, but please send your garments back to us for a full refund if you are not satisfied.
